- Started his career as the youngest manager in Dansk Supermarked, the biggest retail player in the market, in 1981 after high School, at the age of just 21, with great success
- Worked for i.e. IBM, Compaq, HP, ATEA, MINOLTA, ESSELTE, Scanjour as business developer/Sales executive
- Made lot´s of significant wins and made a turnover at minimum + 2 billions in 20 years as employee
- Started his first IT company in 2000 Alpha IT A/S and build it up from zero to a DKK 50 mio. business in 36 month
- Started SP&P Unlimited in 2004 from zero to a DKK 45 mio. Business in 11 month
- Took a break to fulfill a personal goal and took an certification as an ICI business coach from 2006- 2008
- Since then worked with experienced leaders and Companies/company owners, by entering as an interim execuitve sales/CEO specialist in varios periods.
- From 2010 primarily with new business start up’s with focus on companies from zero to leadership based on “the fantastic idea“.
